Ten Years Hence
The past ten years have seen changes in our world that seemed unimaginable in September of 2001. While some changes have been more tragic in nature and global in scope, many have been market-shifting advances in technology, medicine, and social interaction that have had a positive impact on how we live and conduct our lives on a daily basis. Regardless of which lens you view the last ten years through, I believe we can all say that this period has impacted all of our lives in a significant way.
These last ten years have rewarded me both intellectually and emotionally. I have been privileged enough to help build and be part of an incredible family of employees, partners and world-class customers. What we have accomplished together in the last decade continues to amaze me. Whether it is the value we have created for our customers, the career opportunities and livelihoods we have provided for individuals and their families, or the positive impact we have made in the market as a trusted expert in data protection; they are all indications of ten years well spent.
September 17th marks the 10th anniversary for our company. This is a milestone that does not go unnoticed by those of us here at CREDANT Technologies, and we hope that it is significant to you too. We have succeeded in many ways, be it through revenue growth, global expansion, solving complex customer problems or (one could argue) learning from our mistakes. Regardless, we’ve done it by staying focused on what is important, and by committing to each other that we will continue to build a lasting and sustaining company that values our people, commits to excellence in our products and respects our partners and customers.
I believe the next ten years will continue to have significant changes in the world in which we live. Moreover, I am confident that we’ll be front and center when those changes happen, and I hope that you’ll be with us when we look back again on the next ten years hence.
