Bob Heard

Heard, with over 30 years of proven experience in business and technology management, leads CREDANT’s focus on building value. Heard founded CREDANT effective September 17th, 2001 (immediately following 9/11) with a vision, business plan, dedicated team and initial sponsorship from Austin Ventures. He began his career at IBM and has held subsequent leadership roles in two start-ups, Sterling Commerce and Entrust. Heard has received numerous awards and recognition for his entrepreneurship including the 2005 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, 2006 Tech Titan nominee and the 2008 TiE Renegade Entrepreneur. INC magazine recognized Heard and the CREDANT team in 2007 and 2008 as the #1 fastest growing security software company based upon 3 year revenue growth. Heard is a graduate of Texas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

David Becker
Chief Financial Officer

An experienced senior finance and accounting executive, Becker has 13 years of demonstrated global expertise at efficiently managing finance, accounting, treasury and corporate development organizations. During his career, Becker held executive financial positions at i2 Technologies, Inc. and Price Waterhouse, LLP. At i2, he served as the Senior Vice President - Finance and was responsible for treasury, risk management, corporate development and financial reporting and analysis; he established the necessary policies, procedures, systems and controls for supporting an organization that grew from 150 employees and $20M of total revenue to over 6,000 employees and $1B of revenue. He was also instrumental in raising $480M through initial and secondary offerings of equity capital and the issuance of convertible debt, and negotiated and completed the acquisition of more than 10 companies. During his tenure with Price Waterhouse, LLP, he worked in the audit, assurance and business advisory services organization. Becker earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in accounting and a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas and is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant. |

Chris Burchett
Chief Technology Officer & Co-founder

An expert in both embedded firmware and enterprise software, Burchett is the author of numerous patents. He previously served as Director of Research and Development for i2 Technologies. During his tenure, Burchett led the company's mobile wireless initiative as well as the first large scale development of the company's forecast, supply, capacity, allocation and order planning products. Prior to i2, Burchett designed and developed real-time embedded systems using artificial intelligence for top-secret projects. He received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Texas Tech University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University. |

Michael Callahan
Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

As vice president and Chief Marketing Officer, Michael is responsible for all of our internal and outward bound corporate and product marketing, including public relations and advertising.
Callahan formerly held key roles in marketing and customer support and service at McAfee, a security technology company. There, he most recently held the title of Vice President, Worldwide Business Development for Technical Support and Customer Service. He also previously served as Vice President, North America Marketing and held Director roles in worldwide product marketing and product management.
Callahan brings over 18 years of global enterprise sales and marketing experience to CREDANT. Most recently, Callahan was President and Chief Operating Officer at Plano, Texas start-up NoodleNet, a firm focused on delivering a safe desktop and online environment for children. Callahan began his career at Datastream Systems, a provider of asset performance management software and services. He earned his MBA from the University of South Carolina where he was a Flour Daniel Fellow and a BS in Engineering from The Ohio State University. |

Greg Clock
Vice President, Worldwide Channels & Business Development

Greg is an established industry veteran that brings more than 18 years of successful channel sales experience in the software industry. In his role Greg is responsible for CREDANT's worldwide channel sales and business development teams.
Prior to his role at CREDANT, Greg worked at EMC as Director of Global Alliances where he built and managed $165 million in strategic relationships with partners such as ACS, Perot Systems and IBM Global Services. He also held senior management positions at Legato, which EMC acquired, and Amdahl Corp. Greg is a graduate of Santa Clara University.

Darryll Dewan
Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Field Operations

A successful veteran of the enterprise software industry, Darryll has extensive depth in building and managing successful sales and field operations with several early stage and high growth companies. Darryll began his career with IBM upon graduation from the University of Notre Dame. While at IBM he was promoted several times from Sales Representative to Marketing Manager to Branch Manager to Group Manager for the finance industry.
Prior to joining CREDANT, Darryll was most recently Executive Officer at SourceForge Enterprise Software, a division of VA Software. Prior to VA Software, he was with i2 Technologies as EVP & President Global Alliances and Strategic Accounts, and has held various senior level Sales roles with Amdahl Corporation, Oracle and Legent Corporation.

Andrew Kahl
Sr. Vice President, Field Operations & Co-founder

Kahl, a seasoned technology and business executive, was an entrepreneur in residence at Austin Ventures, one of the largest and most established venture capital firms in the United States, prior to co-founding CREDANT. Prior to Austin Ventures, he was the Director of Operations at i2 Technologies joining the company at fewer than 100 employees and successfully helping it grow to 6,000 during his tenure. While serving in that position, Kahl built the company's initial recruiting and human resources departments. He also served as i2's Director of International Operations and was responsible for helping align the company's European internal operations with i2's overall corporate strategy, growth plans and key initiatives. Kahl earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Economics from the University of Iowa and Northern Illinois University.

Doug Linebarger
General Counsel

With extensive experience in the software industry, Linebarger has been advising executives and board members on a variety of topics, including corporate compliance, securities law disclosure, mergers and acquisitions and licensing issues, for nearly 15 years. Prior to joining CREDANT, Linebarger was the General Counsel of One Network Enterprises, Inc. Prior to One Network, he was the Associate General Counsel of i2 Technologies, Inc. He received his law degree from Baylor University.

Pete Morrison
Vice President North American Sales

Morrison is a veteran of over 20 years in the enterprise software industry. In his current role, Morrison is responsible for all direct business in North America and the US Federal Government. He has extensive experience in the development of organizations at both the management as well as the territory level. Morrison has been with Credant since 2003. His background includes extensive experience selling to the US Federal Government. In addition, Morrison experience in this area includes not only the sales side but also the establishment of the partnerships, contract vehicles and marketing efforts required to establish a company in the competitive government marketplace.
Prior to his current role at Credant, Morrison was director of Federal Sales for the company. While in this role, Federal Sales grew to represent a major portion of the companies business and established Credant as a major supplier of Data At Rest solutions to a number of government organizations. In addition to his time at Credant, Morrison also spent time as Vice President of North America for Imperva, a security software company. Morrison also was one of the early employees of Netegrity, a company that grew to become the leader in Identity Management Solutions.. With over seven years of experience at Netegrity, Morrison was one of the first sales people in the company. He also held management positions as Director of Service Provider Sales as well as Director or Public Sector sales. Morrison has also held sales and sales management positions at Soft-Switch, Inc, Worldtalk, GTE Government Systems and Systems and Telecoms, Inc.
Morrison attended Indiana University and lives in the Washington DC area with his wife and two sons.

Darren Shimkus

A proven Business Development executive, Darren brings deep subject matter expertise in mobile technology and IT security to CREDANT, where he leads business development, alliances, and technical partnerships. Prior to CREDANT, Darren worked at Good Technology (Acquired by Motorola, NYSE: MOT), where he served Business Development and Product Management roles. There, he was responsible for the development of the company’s S/MIME email technology, an award-winning secure mobile email product targeted at the US Government. Prior to joining Good, Darren worked at the Corporate Executive Board (NASDAQ: EXBD) in Washington DC, joining the company when it employed 200 and helping drive the firm through a successful IPO. At CEB he served consulting, sales, and management roles, culminating in his position as Director of the firm’s international financial services practice. There, he founded the practice’s international presence in London and was responsible for client management, sales, and research.
Darren studied Economics at William and Mary and the London School of Economics. He also holds an MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. Darren lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two daughters.

Lori Williams

With more than 18 years experience in the emerging technology product and services space for both start-up and Fortune 500 companies, Williams arrived at CREDANT from JP Mobile, Inc. (acquired by Good Technologies) , a mobile e-mail/PIM and security software provider, where she lead the company's product delivery and support strategy for both the enterprise and strategic partner organizations. Prior to JP Mobile, she served at Rome Corporation, a risk management software company, where she founded the services and support organization. Williams also co-founded and served as Chief Operational Officer of VSE, a custom software development firm, working with customers such as Belo Interactive and Advanced PCS to develop and deploy large scale ecommerce and content publishing applications. Prior to VSE, she spent 10 years with Lotus Development (an IBM company), where she served as a Director at Lotus Consulting leading the International Telecom and Knowledge Management Practices. Additionally, she played key sales, technical, and partnership roles as an early member of the Lotus Notes product team. Williams holds a BBA degree in Finance and International Business from Baylor University.
