SAN JOSE and DALLAS – April 6, 2005 – Intellisync Corporation (NASDAQ: SYNC), a leading developer and marketer of wireless email and mobile software and CREDANT® Technologies, a market leader in enabling organizations to control the security of their mobile workforce, have jointly collaborated to enhance the mobile experience by making their respective flagship products, Intellisync Mobile Suite and CREDANT Mobile Guardian, interoperable.

Compliance regulations, such as Sarbanes-Oxley, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and HIPAA, are mandating protection of sensitive data wherever it is stored – including mobile devices.
